A version of the Dumbo ride is at every Disney resort worldwide!
Dumbo the Flying Elephant (or just “Dumbo” for short”) is one of THE classic Disneyland attractions. Every child who has been to Disneyland has fond memories of the first time their parents took them on Dumbo and they got to fly. Onboard your own personal elephant, you get to guide your vehicle up and down and enjoy flying like a bird (if that bird only flew in circles).
As a spinning ride, Dumbo does get some people a bit motion sick. If this is the case, never fear, there is a stationary ride vehicle not far away where you can take a photo for your memories without getting up in the air.
If you’re going to ride just one spinner at Disneyland, Dumbo is the one.

The Official Word
If you’re interested in the official spiel, here’s how Disneyland’s site describes the attraction:
An “Ear-Born” Adventure
As the jubilant circus organ melody begins, Dumbo gracefully lifts off and begins to fly ‘round a dancing water fountain.
Feel the wind race across your face as faithful friend Timothy Q. Mouse directs the action with help from his “magic” feather.
Dumbo showed the world he could fly—because if you believe in yourself, anything is possible!

Lizzie’s Take
Randy’s Take
Dumbo is the KING of the “spinner” rides. I still love this ride, even though I’m well into adulthood. There’s just something about a flying elephant that is so ridiculous and magical, how could you not love it? Taking our adult friends on this ride still brings a smile to everyone’s face.
It is great for all ages, but especially for kids, as they will be able to take flight in their very own elephant. Make sure to get lots of photos of the whole family taking flight together!
